The technological revolution in education has revealed the extent of the digital divide in France and its impact on the risk of disadvantaged students dropping out of school.
In order to give all children and young adults equal chances of success, Break Poverty Foundation is taking action to equip thousands of disadvantaged students at risk of dropping out of school with a computer and an internet connection, as well as user and schooling support.

D’abord, L’usage du numérique s’est imposé dans les cursus scolaires, révélant l’ampleur de la fracture numérique en France et son impact sur le risque de décrochage scolaire des jeunes défavorisés.
Ensuite, Afin d’offrir les mêmes chances de réussir à tous, Break Poverty Foundation se mobilise pour offrir un ordinateur, une connexion internet et un programme d’accompagnement aux usages et à la scolarité à des milliers de jeunes défavorisés et en fragilité scolaire. Enfin,

Joining forces, the key to success réussite connectée
The Réussite Connectée program is coordinated by the Break Poverty Foundation, in conjunction with several partners :
- Bouygues Télécom Entreprises provides internet connections and access at nonprofit rates.
- Afev and Proxité of the Mentorat group organize mentoring for young beneficiaries.
- La Trousse à Projet liaises with schools to identify young beneficiaries and proposes e‑parenting tutorials.
- Mednum supports children and young adults in their use of digital technology.
- La Poste delivers the computers to the beneficiaries free of charge.
