La Cravate Solidaire helps people in precarious situations to succeed in their job interviews, by helping them to acquire the codes of the company and professional attire. During a “Coup de pouce” workshop, image coaches and HR volunteers prepare the future candidate for his or her job interview. This association operates nationwide.

The DAT’s objective
Enhance young people’s self-esteem before interviews, and facilitate their social and professional integration or reintegration through Coup de Pouce workshops, Hors Les Murs workshops and women’s workshops.

1 000 young people in 6 territories (Saint Avold, Vire, Caen, Nantes, Sablé sur Sarthe, Rennes).
